Job Description A Tableau Dashboard Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, a popular data visualization tool. Their main goal is to help organizations make data-driven decisions by presenting complex data in a clear, visual format. Key responsibilities typically include: • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Creating interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau that effectively communicate key metrics and findings. • Working with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translating those requirements into actionable dashboard designs. • Connecting Tableau to different data sources (such as databases, spreadsheets, or cloud services) and ensuring data accuracy. • Ensuring dashboards are efficient, load quickly, and are user-friendly. • Providing guidance and training to end-users on how to use Tableau dashboards and interpret the data. • Documenting dashboard designs, data sources, and processes for future reference and compliance. Skills and Requirements • Bachelors and 3 years of experience working with Tableau dashboards • Experience creating Tableau dashboards and visualizations that efffectively communicate kety metrics and findings • Experience extracting data from multiple data sources (Cloud, Excel, SQL) • Great communication skills. They will be presenting findings to Leidos and SSA executives • Experience supporting call centers or contact centers. Preferably large ones, 1k+ agents • Experience working with a Workforce Management tools such as Verint • Experience working with a cloud contact center software (Five9, Talkdesk, NiCE CXone, Genesys, Amazon Connect)
