Key Responsibilities: Tableau Server Administration: * Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Tableau Server and related components * Monitor server performance, usage, and capacity planning * Manage user access, permissions, and security settings User Support & Enablement: * Provide technical support to Tableau users and troubleshoot issues * Train and guide users on Tableau best practices and dashboard development * Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and optimize solutions Data Governance & Integration: * Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards * Work with data engineers and analysts to integrate data sources and optimize extracts * Maintain metadata and documentation for Tableau assets Automation & Optimization: * Automate administrative tasks and report scheduling * Optimize workbook performance and server resources * Implement monitoring tools and alerts for proactive issue resolution Collaboration & Strategy: * Partner with IT, BI, and business teams to align Tableau usage with strategic goals * Contribute to the development of data visualization standards and governance policies
