TaaS Control Tower Analyst - German Speaker

Monitor and manage TaaS fleet operations, responding to alerts and coordinating service delivery with fleets and service providers; authorize jobs, verify data accuracy, and provide L1 technical support for telematics devices and sensors; maintain communication with customers and support platforms (GMC, Salesforce, MyWay) while ensuring timely service and issue resolution.
**Primary Purpose of the Position:**
Oversee TaaS fleet operations using telematics and predictive analytics to ensure efficient vehicle-to-fleet management, timely service delivery, and seamless operational workflows.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor TaaS vehicles via the GMC platform, responding to alerts and coordinating with fleet operators and service providers.
+ Authorize or reject jobs for TaaS accounts, verify data accuracy, and follow up with service providers to ensure timely completion.
+ Arrange vehicle availability and coordinate breakdown or roadside services as needed.
+ Provide Level 1 technical support for telematics devices and sensors.
+ Maintain communication with customers and internal systems (GMC, Salesforce, MyWay) to ensure smooth operations and data integrity.
**Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Experience in customer support, call center, or similar client-facing roles.
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and ticketing tools.
+ Planning, scheduling, or transport/technical sector experience is a plus.
**Knowledge & Skills:**
+ Self-driven with excellent workflow planning and organizational skills.
+ Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
+ Fluent in German and English; team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
+ Skilled in data management, telematics troubleshooting, and operational coordination.
