You will have access to: + Career development with an international company where you can grow the career you dream of. + A company named one of the most admired companies in the world by Fortune. + A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. **What You’ll Be Working On** + Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job specifications. + Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Early Careers, entry- and mid-level positions. + Designing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. + Creating compelling job advertisements and managing online postings. + Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, referrals, and local partnerships. + Assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. + Conducting interviews and collaborating with HR and hiring managers to evaluate candidates. + Managing the offer process, including preparation, negotiation, and extension. + Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners. + Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in our ATS (Phenom and Workday). + Continuously improving recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and satisfaction scores. + Representing the company at recruitment events and identifying opportunities to enhance our employer brand visibility. **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. + Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house). + Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English + Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for entry- to mid-level roles. + Familiarity with sourcing tools, social media platforms. + Ability to thrive in a matrixed, geographically diverse organization. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. + High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience recruiting in the **healthcare industry** . + Working knowledge of **Workday** and other applicant tracking systems. + Proficiency with **LinkedIn Recruiter** and candidate relationship management tools. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
