Job Summary Responsible for identifying, engaging, selecting and hiring the most suitable candidate for the following talent segments : customer or sales supporting hiring, moderate to complex sales hiring, lower grade specialty hiring.

Core Job Responsibilities

Handling full recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees for the company.Coordinating with HRBP & hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Determining selection criteriaSourcing potential candidates through multiple channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks.)Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsAssess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Workday and CRM (Candidate Relationship Management).Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidatesJoin in local/area projects and assigned tasks

Work Experience MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

BA/BS DegreeHave 2-3 year experience at recruitment
