この度、日本法人における中途採用ニーズの拡大、およびAPAC地域との連携強化によりリクルーターを新たに採用します。具体的には、中途採用および新卒採用における採用活動の実行に重要な役割を果たしていただきます。採用マネージャーや人事チームと密接に連携し、優秀な人材の獲得と、候補者にとってスムーズでプロフェッショナルな体験の提供を目指します。実務経験を積みながら、将来的なステップアップも可能な環境があります。

 

【募集職種】本社 人事部 採用チームリクルーター

【勤務地】本社*週1-2日程度、リモート勤務可能。時機に応じて柔軟に対応します。

【レポートライン】本社 人事部 採用チーム マネージャー

 

【業務内容】

リクルーターとして、採用戦略の企画から実行、採用プロセス全体の改善まで幅広く担っていただきます。以下に、業務内容例を記します。

•　新卒及び中途採用の戦略立案・要件定義（各学校との関係構築含む）

•　ダイレクトソーシング（LinkedIn等）の実行

•　エージェントマネジメント・選定・連携強化

•　各部門マネージャーとの採用要件調整と設計

•　採用イベントの立案・企画・実行

•　海外の採用部門との連携（英語使用）

•　採用ブランディング・候補者体験の改善

•　ジュニアメンバーへの知識共有、育成サポート、他

 

【必須要件】

•　日本語ネイティブ

•　5年以上の採用経験（企業内人事または人材紹介）

採用におけるエンドツーエンドのプロセス経験

•　フィールドエンジニア職の採用に携わった経験

•　ビジネスレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC 750点以上 or 実務使用経験）

•　普通自動車免許（地方への出張があります）

•　リージョン・グローバルチームとの協働経験

•　Workdayまたは類似のATSの使用経験

【勤務時間】

•　フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）

•　標準労働時間：1日7時間45分／休憩60分

•　残業時間：月平均30時間前後

•　出張エリアと頻度：ほぼ毎月出張（日帰り～2日程度）があります。国内全域に及びます。
