Responsibilities In this rare and rewarding role, you’ll manage your own portfolio of vacancies, leading end-to-end recruitment for our corporate teams while also supporting store leadership hiring. Your expertise will see you responsible for hiring manager briefings, coaching hiring managers and candidate through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding — As a trusted partner you will elevate our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding space throughout the entire journey. You’ll work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and customer service ensuring every new Foot Locker team member feels welcomed and set up for success. What does a typical day look like? Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build recruitment strategies, including succession planning. Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such the Foot Locker Applicant Tracking system, job portals, social media, networking events & job fairs, educational institutions. Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, complete reference checks, and support successful onboarding from offer to first day. Coach and support hiring managers through the recruitment process, offering best practice advice & support. Coordinate, schedule and participate in interviews (virtual and in-person), ensuring fair and consistent evaluation throughout the interview process. Partner with our Retail Leaders and District Managers on hiring our store leadership roles and provide system expertise to store hiring managers when required. Prepare and process onboarding documentation & support and questions from candidates as they complete all required documents. Provide regular updates and provide reports on recruitment activities and progress to Management Take the lead and execute exciting TA projects —deliver TA training, improve processes, create SOPs and bring fresh ideas to the table. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and/HR. Internal recruitment experience highly regarded Exceptional communication & capability to partner effectively with and manage stakeholders at various levels of seniority. Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-evolving HR environment. Passion for talent acquisition and a drive for implementing continuous improvement. Creative thinking and a proactive mindset in the TA space - A can do attitude! A customer-centric approach, with the ability to work independently with strong time management skills in order to fill roles in a timely, efficient manner.
