Job Title: TA PartnerJob Description

Join our global Talent Acquisition team as a full life-cycle Talent Partner, focusing on attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with Sales and Manufacturing backgrounds. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role is partly remote in Germany or France with quarterly travel.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.Utilize data and market insights to provide advice on market realities or alternatives.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels.Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates for alignment with requirements, culture, and values.Guide managers and candidates through the interview phases, ensuring a robust assessment process and a smooth candidate experience.Manage offers and negotiations to achieve successful outcomes for both parties.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to grow the future pipeline.Support diversity initiatives by engaging in diversity sourcing and maintaining a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to improve the recruitment process.Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.Essential Skills3+ years of experience as a full life-cycle Talent Advisor/Partner.Experience as a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.Strong sourcing techniques.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Influencing and negotiation skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsTechnical recruiting experience in Engineering, IT, and Robotics.Experience in candidate assessment and screening, particularly in the Medical Device industry.Work Environment

The position is remote with the requirement for quarterly travel. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.00/hr.
