We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to join our team. As a 360° TAP, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment journey – from sourcing and engaging top talent to managing offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bring market insights to the table, and create an outstanding experience for every candidate.

What You’ll DoSource & Engage Talent through platforms like Phenom, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus programs.
Build Talent Pipelines for current and future business needs.
Manage the Hiring Process end-to-end, ensuring speed, quality, and fairness in every stage.
Partner with Stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing market insights and recruitment strategies.
Negotiate Offers and manage documentation with transparency and professionalism.
Champion Candidate Experience by guiding and supporting candidates throughout the process.
Leverage Technology & Data (Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn, Power BI, etc.) to drive efficiency, insights, and smarter hiring decisions.
Promote Diversity & Inclusion by monitoring and driving fair hiring practices.
What You BringProven experience in end-to-end recruitment (corporate or consulting).
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Workday, Phenom, LinkedIn Recruiter, and data/analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A proactive, adaptable, and resilient mindset.
