TA Coordinator
Job Description Assist with resume review and basic sourcing support for high-volume roles (e.g., pulling candidate lists or screening resumes).  Provide scheduling and coordination support for candidate interviews in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.  Conduct reference checks and assist with phone screens when requested.  Support candidate communication and follow-up after interviews.  Facilitate administrative recruiting processes, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, generating offer letters, and maintaining recruiting documentation.  Process and submit Employee Action Packets (EAPs) to ensure timely onboarding, equipment access, and system setup.  Maintain accurate ATS records and assist with generating recruiting activity reports as needed.  Maintain weekly recruiting trackers (e.g., candidate status, background checks, interview flow) and pull data for talent acquisition reporting.  Maintain status of G&A approved roles, create corporate requisitions in coordination with position management in Workday, maintain offer letter templates, and monitor in-progress requisitions to expedite the approval process. Skills and Requirements 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
