Job Description
This position is responsible for executing full life-cycle recruiting activities that include research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified talent for the organization in a timely manner. It ensures an exceptional experience by providing best-in-class service to candidates and hiring leaders.
Responsibilities
Create sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse, qualified talent pipelines that meet current and future hiring needs.Proactively source and create pipelines for roles based on hiring trends.Perform resume reviews, conduct phone screens, present candidate slates to hiring leaders, advise on hiring processes, and facilitate job offer processes.Use excellent negotiation skills to secure top talent for the organization.Support candidates through the recruiting process to drive high candidate experience favorability scores.Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing the organization's value proposition to strengthen the brand in the market.Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System.Develop and implement diversity and community recruiting initiatives in support of the organization's hiring goals.Leverage multiple channels and social media technology in recruitment campaigns.Communicate important employment information during the delivery of employment offers.Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results.Ensure all recruiting processes and applicant data comply with OFCCP standards.Research and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting best practices.Leverage sourcing tools to confirm recruitment and hiring reflect community demographics.Participate in in-person and virtual recruitment events.Essential Skills
Associates or bachelor's degree with a business-related concentration or equivalent experience.2-4 years of experience owning full life cycle recruiting for various roles at all levels.At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and process management/closing capacities.Consistent track record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.Strong time-management and organizational skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.Experience using Workday.Strong multitasking abilities, detail-oriented and self-motivated.Professional demeanor with both internal and external contacts.Proficient computer and data entry skills with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to provide best-in-class customer service to business partners.Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.Ability to handle confidential business and personal information.Logical and analytical thinking abilities.Inquisitive personality for continuous learning.Ability to work with minimum supervision.Flourishes on a collaborative team.Ability to manage relationships and influence without authority.Knowledge of the labor market.Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Workday, and Microsoft Office. Dress code is professional, reflecting the organization's emphasis on courteous treatment of peers and people at all levels.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00/hr.
