**Job Overview**
**We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and screening top talent to ensure we build a high-performing, diverse, and competitive team. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to support the company's long-term growth objectives.**
**Key Responsibilities**
**** **Job Posting and Promotion** **: Create compelling job descriptions based on position requirements and post them on multiple recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Liepin, Zhilian, etc.) to ensure accurate and attractive job information.**
**** **Candidate Screening and Interview Scheduling** **: Conduct resume screening, telephone interviews, and preliminary assessments to identify qualified candidates and arrange subsequent interview processes.**
**** **Interview Coordination and Feedback** **: Coordinate schedules between interviewers and candidates to ensure smooth interview processes, gather interview feedback, and communicate results to candidates in a timely manner.**
**** **Recruitment Data Analysis** **: Regularly analyze recruitment data, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve recruitment efficiency and quality. **
**Employer Branding** **: Promote company culture and values through social media, company websites, and other channels to enhance the company's appeal as an employer. **
**Cross-Departmental Collaboration** **: Work closely with human resources, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure recruitment efforts align with the company's overall strategy.**
**More about this role**
**Education** : Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields preferred.
**Experience** : 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience, with experience in internet or technology industry recruitment preferred.
**Skills** :
+ Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate assessment methods, with excellent screening and interview skills.
+ Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn, etc.).
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
+ Data analysis skills to drive recruitment decisions based on data.
+ Strong ability to handle pressure and manage time, with the capacity to simultaneously manage multiple recruitment tasks.
