T&I Lead (Transportation & Installation Lead)
Summary
The T&I Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all transportation and installation activities for offshore structures, pipelines, and subsea equipment. This role ensures that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the T&I strategy for offshore facilities (e.g., jackets, topsides, pipelines, risers). Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure readiness for load-out, transportation, and installation. Manage marine spread mobilization, vessel readiness, and offshore execution plans. Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with HSE standards and project requirements. Review and approve T&I procedures, method statements, and risk assessments. Monitor offshore operations and provide technical support during critical activities. Interface with regulatory bodies, classification societies, and marine warranty surveyors. Ensure timely reporting and documentation of T&I activities and lessons learned. #LI-NT1
