**Description** The T&D Projects Director of Florida (FLA) Transmission & Distribution (T&D) EPC reports directly to the FLA T&D Global Practice Manager and has overall responsibility for leading and overseeing T&D FLA’s EPC business including developing the EPC project pipeline as well as execution of T&D EPC projects. The following descriptions further break down these responsibilities: + Responsible for establishing T&D FLA’s position in the power delivery market through strategic leadership and focused sales planning. + Work with the Business Development team to identify target clients and opportunities and coordinate their pursuit with the Account Managers, EPC Project Managers, the Marketing team, and Region leadership as required. + Facilitate and maintain consistent communication, collaboration, and alignment with all T&D Regions with particular attention given to the larger "Super South" Region. + Engage in client maintenance, relationship building, and development of target clients with a focus on profitably, gaining market share, developing potential new markets, customer bases, and delivery means. + Oversee the execution of FLA T&D EPC projects and be responsible for monitoring T&D EPC project financials and reporting findings to T&D executive leadership. + Manage activities of personnel supporting EPC projects and work with the appropriate Department Managers and Project Managers to maintain adequate project management and engineering staff to support EPC projects and forecasted workload. + Assign required and appropriate training to direct reports and verify completion of assigned training. A minimum of 13 years relevant consulting experience, preferably in the transmission and distribution industry with an EPC and/or project management focus. + EPC PM Certification (preferred) or approved in training program + Demonstrated results in managing projects, which includes proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning, design team coordination and communication, budgeting, schedule management, and client coordination. + Ability to influence, lead, and manage thoughtfully and positively. + Excellent planning and analytical skills. + Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management, and clients.
