Over Tétris

Tétris Design & Build is een dochterbedrijf van JLL en is de Europese “Design & Build”-specialist voor kantoorruimtes. Tétris heeft verschillende afdelingen in heel Europa die nauw met elkaar samenwerken. Het team bestaat uit architecten, designers en project managers. Tetris België is in 2010 opgericht en heeft inmiddels een aardig klantenbestand opgebouwd zoals Coca cola, Uber, L’Oreal, Diageo, Bol.com, Dyson, Intertrust en Samsung.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als designer werk je aan ontwerpen voor kantoorinrichtingen:

Je vindt het leuk om in teamverband te werken met designers, projectmanagers en natuurlijk de opdrachtgevers

Je werkt aan diverse projecten van klein, middelgroot tot grote en complexe projecten

Je bedenkt de meest uiteenlopende interieurconcepten en ga je opzoek naar het verhaal achter een ontwerp

Het begrijpen van concepten en deze vertalen in tastbare onderdelen van een ontwerp

Naast je creatieve vermogen weet je ook hoe het design- en bouwproces in zijn werk gaat. Ook de technische kennis ontbreekt jou niet

Je werkt regelmatig met deadlines en bent verantwoordelijk voor een tijdig, kwalitatief hoogwaardig resultaat

Je hebt de mogelijkheid om kleine (deel)ontwerpen zelf op te pakken

Je werkt aan meerdere projecten en bent graag de helpende hand. Je kan snel schakelen om samen het project naar een hoger niveau te brengen

De vrijheid om zelfstandig met opdrachtgever en leveranciers te communiceren, grijp jij met beide handen aan

Daarnaast heb je de mogelijkheid om kennis en ideeën uit te wisselen met internationale collega’s over heel Europa.

What does the job entail?

As a Designer, you work on designs for office, retail and hotel interiors:

You enjoy working in a team with Designers, BIM modelers, Project Managers and of course the clients

You work on various projects, from small and medium-sized to complex projects

You think up the most diverse interior concepts and you look for the story behind a design, understanding concepts and translating them into tangible parts of a design

In addition to your creative ability, you also know how the design and construction process works, as well as the technical knowledge

You regularly work with deadlines and are responsible for a timely, high-quality product

You work on multiple projects and like to be the helping hand. You can switch quickly in order to bring the project to a higher level together

You seize the freedom to work independently with clients/consultants and suppliers with both hands

In addition, you have the opportunity to exchange knowledge and ideas with international colleagues across Europe.

Wat vragen wij van je?

Je bent op zoek naar een fulltime baan en bent op korte termijn beschikbaar (parttime in overleg)

Je bent in het bezit van een functie gerelateerd bachelor/master diploma

Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.

Je kan het ontwerp toetsen op technische haalbaarheid en beschikt over de nodige bouwkundige kennis.

Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de huidige wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van werkplekken

Je hebt oog voor detail en gaat voor het best mogelijke resultaat

Je hebt passie voor je werk en bent steeds op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen in de interieur branche

Je bent creatief maar kan ook de technische haalbaarheid van een ontwerp inschatten.

Je bent geïnteresseerd in materialen en wil graag weten wat de interieurmarkt te bieden heeft

Je vindt duurzaamheid een belangrijk aspect en wil dit graag integreren in de ontwerpen

Je bent in staat om wensen en ideeën te visualiseren

Je denkt in oplossingen en vindt het geen probleem je volop te in te zetten voor je projecten

Kennis van Revit is een plus

Goede beheersing van het Adobe Creative pakket

Je hebt een professionele houding

Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en hebt minstens een basiskennis van Frans.

What do we ask from you?

You are looking for a full-time job and are available in the short term

You have minimum 3 years of experience in the design of interiors through work and internship activities

You can test the design on technical feasibility. And you have knowledge of interior architecture;

You are curious about the current laws and regulations in the field of workplaces, Building Regulations and fire safety and would like to know more about this

An eye for detail and you go for the best possible result

You have a passion for your work and for the latest trends and developments in the Interior sector

You are creative and know how to make a design technically feasible

You are interested in materials and want to know what the interior market has to offer

You find sustainability an important aspect and would like to integrate this in your designs

You are able to visualise wishes and ideas

You think in solutions and have no issues to jump in on projects

Working in Revit is an advantage, and good command of the adobe creative package

You speak fluently Dutch, French and English.
