As a Expediter Conditioner you will:
Performs final surface inspection and conditioning of forged parts prior to shipment to customer. Applies in process identification to products per instructions. Conditions surface of in process parts. Maintaining schedules and ensuring materials are available to complete production efficiently and safely. Overseeing staff performance to ensure production schedules are met. Ensuring operators work safely and efficiently, and providing feedback to supervisors. Collaborating with Supervisors, Department Leads, and Schedulers to keep production on track and resolve issues. Moving jobs and related paperwork through departments using a forklift or coordinating with material handlers. Understanding plant operations and materials. Assisting other departments by retrieving tooling, organizing incoming materials, and preparing parts for O.V. processing. Identifying and improving unkempt areas and suggesting 6S projects to management.This is a 1st Shift opportunity + OT is required
Pay Rate is $21-$31.50/hr
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ year minimum experience in Aerospace manufacturing Must have previous grinding experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be able to lift/move up to 35 pounds regularly. Basic math: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using units of weight, volume, and distance.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
