We are currently seeking a Systems Support Senior Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). + Incident Troubleshooting/resolution within specified SLA. + Collaborate/follow up with other departments/services to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. + Commit to One Essentials methodology to ensure MR compliance standards. + Start/Restart of ULIFE,CLIFE during business hours and coordination with other services as needed. + Appian based application deployment support. + Maintenance weekend/DR support. + IT smoke test support. + Contribute to the creation and improvement of support processes and documentation. + Clarify system specifications, understand business workflows, and offer objective system use recommendations based on MR Knowledge base(KB) articles. + Informing users of Updates, Releases and Downtimes. _1 FTE_ _Service Support hours :_ _8 am to 6 pm Munich time (Mon-Fri)_ _Possibility to extend support hours in future:_ _6 am to 1 am Munich time (Mon-Fri), 6 am to 6 pm (Sunday) Munich time_ _Full Time_ _As soon as possible_ _Ongoing since this is RUN support_ + Experience in production support and deployment of Appian based applications + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal + Experience with ServiceNow + MS PowerBI **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
