**Job Title:** **Systems Support Analyst**
**Location:** Columbus, OH (Onsite 5 days/week)
**Type:** 12mo Contract-to-hire (conversion based on performance)
**Candidates:** US Citizens or GC Holders
**Rate:** $42hr with benefits
**Position Overview:**
Will provide planning, analysis, and support for Supply Chain, Procurement & Fleet Operations (SCPFO) applications, including Asset Suite. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT to optimize system capabilities, drive process improvement, and support ongoing application needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as liaison between SCPFO, IT, and vendors to support Asset Suite and related applications.
+ Provide analysis, implementation, and support for new technologies aligned with SCPFO strategies.
+ Support software tools and applications in collaboration with AEP IT and business roadmaps.
+ Lead focus groups and process improvement efforts; document and escalate issues.
+ Gather requirements and provide input on design, testing, and production deployment.
+ Develop training materials, documentation, and usage guides.
+ Generate business cases, cost justifications, and reports to support operational decisions.
+ Support expansion of Procure-to-Pay and other electronic commerce initiatives.
**Required Qualifications:**
**Education (one of the following):**
+ Bachelor’s in IT, Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, or related field
+ Associate’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience
+ High School/GED + 4 years of relevant experience
**Experience:**
+ Minimum 8 years of systems support experience (including programming, SQL queries, reporting, or application support)
**Technical Requirements:**
+ ✅ Maximo Inventory modules (Item Master, Inventory Usage, Receiving, Counting)
+ ✅ Barcoding applications
+ ✅ Cognos or SQL query development
+ ⚠️ ServiceNow and Jira (preferred)
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Strong understanding of SCPFO business processes and lean principles
+ Advanced troubleshooting, documentation, and testing capabilities
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Supply Chain, Procurement, or Fleet Operations experience preferred
