The Systems Specialist reports directly to the GTAC _Systems Manger_ and serves as the business IT interface with web development and subject matter experts to provide overall, _global systems support,_ Project Management, Support the SWIS Platform, _other technical applications_ and metrics utilized by the Technical Field Operations and the global service community + Hardware/Software maintenance + _Global systems development and support_ + _Global technical analysis and strategy direction_ + _Global data analytics_ + _Project Management GTAC_ + _Support the SWIS Platform_ _Key Responsibilities_ + _Support PM activities of GTAC_ + _Subject Matter Experts for data analytics, systems specifications and requirements end to end support_ + Key business managed IT interface between Ford IT and Technical Assistance Center (TAC) + _Oversee strategy direction of GTAC with global stakeholders_ + _Provide Global Technical Assistance Support_ + Development work with Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC)/Hotline Assistance Request (HAR) application and workforce management application + Oversee maintenance of TAC server hardware and software + Interface with other department web developers in SEO + Interface with global Technical Assistance Centers management on progress of systems integrations and updates + Maintenance of web sites, SharePoint and other applications – review for linkages and aging content + Systems updates _and agile methodology leveraging project management and dev tools_ as required by business needs and global team + _Support enterprise reporting interfaces with various decision support systems and other tools_ + Identify innovative systems solutions for continuous improvement + Support new _emerging technology_ globally + Complete training (online and hands on) as required + Provide support to achieving all Technical Assistance Center objectives. + Support the SWIS Platform **_Qualifications_** + No College Degree Required. + 10+ years of automotive experience.
