_Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) integrates, verifies, and validates our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work together with our customers_ (This is the selling statement explaining Who you are, What you do and why someone would want to join your team)
_The Effectors Center in the SE&TC Directorate is seeking Flight test engineers focused on Lab Integration, Platform Integration, and/or Flight Test. In this role you will be hands- on, supporting the successful completion of test events and the associated analysis of test data._
**_What You Will Do_**
+ _Conduct, and support reviews; TRR, ESRB, and data reviews_
+ _Conduct and support tests (generally in-person); Environmental (Shock / Vibe, Pressure / Temp, Electromagnetic), Integration (Hot Bench and Missile-level), Performance, and correlation characterization_
+ _Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure the system under test performs according to specifications/requirements_
+ _Perform data collection activities, including review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed reports of results._
+ _Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. Familiarity with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and/or fault tree analysis._
+ _Create/modify documentation in support of reviews associated with formal testing._
+ _Support field testing and occasional travel for durations typically for a one- or two-week duration._
**_Qualifications You Must Have_**
+ _Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience._
+ _Hardware Systems Integration, Platform Integration and/or Flight Test experience_
+ _Experience supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the field_
+ _Experience with Verification and Validation methods_
+ _Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment_
**_Qualifications We Prefer_**
+ _Familiarity with Tomahawk hardware, facilities, and processes_
+ _Experience as a test lead_
+ _Ability to work with minimal oversight_
+ _Security clearance_
+ _Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues_
+ _Experience creating integration and verification strategies_
+ _Experience in integration with test equipment, telemetry data analysis tools, and missile systems host platforms._
+ _Experience in integrating RF/EO sensor output, either modulated waveforms or streams of digital samples used for real-time representation of RF/EO scenes data collection / analysis (including Telemetry)_
+ _Experience in a test environment with emphasis in test execution. Preference for experience in both test planning/strategy in addition to test execution_

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
