Key Responsibilities:
The Integration &Test (I&T) Engineer will work under the guidance of team lead will contribute to the following:
Support system integration and verification planning, test event coordination, and work package preparationSupport readiness reviews, configuration validation, and software deployment coordinationTrack test activities, data capture, and issue reporting to support defect triage and resolutionCollaborate with technicians, production engineers, and design engineers to ensure installation and test objectives are metContribute to configuration and documentation management, ensuring traceability of test resultsCapture lessons learned and contribute to ongoing improvement of tools and workflowsTrack and report integration activity progress across aircraft using team schedules and readiness toolsHelp identify and mitigate integration risksPrepare updates for daily stand-ups, readiness reviews, and delivery checkpointsEssential Requirements:
Degree in Systems, Electrical, Aerospace, or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)The ability to obtain UK Security clearancePreferred Requirements:
Experience in a technical role involving systems integration, electronics, or project engineeringFamiliar with electronic systems, embedded software, or mission systems (C2, Surveillance, Ground Systems)Basic coding or scripting skills (e.g. Python, MATLAB)Exposure to complex engineering environments (aerospace, defence, rail, automotive)Strong communication and coordination skills with an organised and methodical working styleComfortable working in secure, regulated, and multidisciplinary team environmentsLanguage Requirements:
