BAE Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Engineering Lead to spearhead the design, build, and operationalization of System Integration Laboratories (SILs) supporting our EA-37B Compass Call programs. This critical role requires a proactive leader capable of managing a multifaceted engineering effort from initial concept through full operational capability, with a strong focus on detailed planning and execution. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
