Overview 

We are seeking a talented Developer to join our Archibus implementation team, specializing in workplace management solutions. This role combines hands-on development with client consultation, requiring expertise in Archibus platforms. The successful candidate will drive solution development, customization, and deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Information Security, and Infrastructure. 

Essential Functions 

Solutions Development & Implementation 

Lead installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Archibus applications across staging, test, and production environments  Develop and customize Archibus modules, workflows, and integrations with various workplace management systems, including Corrigo and FMS  Design and implement custom GUI components, reports, and automation scripts within the Archibus framework  Execute full software development lifecycle activities: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment  Conduct comprehensive unit testing and quality assurance throughout development phases  Identify technical gaps and collaborate with Solution Consultants and Project Managers to optimize designs and project deliverables 

Client Engagement & Support 

Analyze client requirements and architect comprehensive Archibus solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing technology stacks  Provide Level 3 technical support for Archibus implementations  Lead troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis for complex technical issues  Partner with stakeholders to refine solution designs and implementation strategies 

Data Management & Reporting 

Design and execute data migration strategies between Archibus and third-party systems, including CMMS, HR, and financial applications  Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database optimization solutions  Create advanced reports using Archibus Smart Client, Web Central, and Power BI Reporting Services  Implement ETL processes for data integration across multiple workplace management systems

Required Qualifications 

Education & Experience 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience  4-6 years of hands-on development experience with enterprise software applications  Direct experience with Archibus implementation and configuration  Familiarity with workplace management platforms such as Corrigo and/or FMS 

Technical Skills 

Proficiency in Archibus development tools (Smart Client, Web Central, Workflow Designer)  Strong SQL development skills with experience in both Oracle and SQL Server environmentsWeb development expertise in React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML  Strong programming exposure to Java/Spring experienceGood to have MVC frameworkExperience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns  Strong experience with modern development tools including Git version control, Docker containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment processesUnderstanding of object-oriented programming principles and database design 

Professional Skills 

Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences  Strong project management capabilities with experience adhering to schedules and constraints • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality 

Preferred Qualifications 

Archibus certification (Application Development or System Administration)  Additional IWMS platform experience (IBM TRIRIGA, Manhattan, etc.)  Advanced BI tool certifications (Tableau Server/Desktop, Power BI)  Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies  Knowledge of application security best practices and server configuration  Background in facilities management or corporate real estate technology  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies
