We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SCCM/Intune Administrator to provide advanced technical expertise and 24/7 support for enterprise infrastructure environments. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability of services, handling complex incidents, and delivering configuration management solutions for key accounts. Key Responsibilities + Provide 24/7 support for server downtime, incidents, and requests related to SCCM infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and Intune co-management/Autopilot. + Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SCCM infrastructure including primary site servers, secondary site servers, distribution points, Cloud Management Gateway, and co-management integrations. + Apply expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Configuration Manager and Intune). + Collaborate with customer stakeholders and account-based teams to deliver on projects and initiatives.
