Description This role plays a key role in mentoring and developing the IS Systems Support sub-team, part of the broader Information Systems (IS) Team. This role blends strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience to guide a team of experienced professionals responsible for infrastructure, endpoint management, and secure systems operations. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in deploying and supporting artificial intelligence (AI) platforms, tools, and integrations across the business.
