Infrastructure Professional Services Supporting FORS/MORS Phase 2 & Phase 3 2-1. Business Objective SMBC will migrate MTM calculation and position/risk management to FORS/MORS for: Phase 2: FOX Managerial purposes Phase 3: FOX Financial Accounting purposes To achieve this, SMBC requires specialized infrastructure professional services to design, prepare, and configure secure and compliant environments, including access management and UAT environment setup. 2-2. Description of Services (Technology Professional Services) A. Infrastructure Access Management Services Professional services to design and implement secure, rolebased access aligned with SMBC policies. Deliverables include: Access matrix definition for FORS/MORS environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD) Rolebased access control (RBAC) configuration Privileged access setup for developers, testers, and business UAT users Access provisioning documentation and approval workflow records Auditready access certification package Security validation for each environment prior to use B. UAT Environment Setup & Validation Outcomebased technical setup of the environments needed for Phase 2 and Phase 3 UAT cycles. Deliverables include: Environment provisioning and configuration for MORS UAT Interface and data feed configuration between FOX, FORS/MORS, and support the downstream impact assessment related systems(PRIMAs / MARX / Oracle GL / Lakehouse / RDB /EDW, etc.) Infrastructure readiness checklist and environment validation report Deployment of necessary builds for QA and UAT Support for environment refreshes, data loads, and connectivity testing Performance and stability validation reports C. Support for QA, UAT, and GoLive Activities Specialized support aligned to the project timeline, ensuring successful execution of UAT and deployments.
