The Work

As a key member of our team, you will:
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• 5 or more years of engineering
• Experience with systems engineering life cycle, change Integration Management principles, methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience with critical Cross IPT/Cross Corporation/Cross Customer integration skills
• Experience developing and communicating fully integrated solutions supporting equipment issues including sustainment and production impacts
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated familiarity and experience with F-35 Ground Support Equipment System and Technology Integration, as well as program of record tools
• Familiarity and experience working in an Agile environment and utilizing collaborative tools
• Possess problem solving and root-cause identification skills
• Experience interacting with all organizational levels with credibility, and ability to manage conflict with key stakeholders that results in desired outcomes
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
