If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced **Systems Engineer** to join our Digital Information Management Services (IMS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the **administration and maintenance of the Rubrik platform** to ensure enterprise-wide data backup, recovery, and compliance. As a member of the Digital IMS team, you will provide expert technical advice and troubleshooting to maintain a high-quality customer experience across our product infrastructure. **What You’ll Do** In this role, you will: + **Responsibility 1:** Administer and maintain the Rubrik platform by monitoring and troubleshooting all data protection and recovery operations to ensure enterprise data integrity. + **Responsibility 2:** Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve technical malfunctions and carry out production requests related to onboarding, offboarding, and usage standards. + **Responsibility 3:** Ensure compliance with organizational standards by developing and updating standard operating procedures for platform usage and maintaining an accurate inventory of virtual and physical Information Technology (IT) components. **What You’ll Bring** The ideal candidate will have: + **3–5 years of experience** in administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting support specifically for the Rubrik data management platform. + **Strong knowledge** of virtualization technologies, storage systems (including file, object, and block), and operating systems such as Linux and Microsoft Server. + **Proven ability** in problem-solving within complex environments, including a working knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN), Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and Wide Area Network (WAN) concepts. + **A Bachelor’s degree** from an accredited college or university in computer sciences or a related field (preferred), or equivalent professional experience. **Call to Action** Ready to protect the data that powers the world? **Apply today to join our team and help us build a more secure digital future!** Category: Information Technology Iron Mountain is a global leader in storage and information management services trusted by more than 225,000 organizations in 60 countries.
