You will be the Combat Systems Process Compliance Manager for the Combat Systems Operations team. Our team is responsible for supporting multiple directorates in the Aeronautics Engineering and Technology Combat Systems organization. Our team coordinates processes, metrics, staffing, training, workforce development, employee engagement, financial resources, Digital Transformation initiatives, and process improvements across Combat Systems.

What You Will Be Doing:
As the Combat Systems Process Compliance Manager you will be responsible for making sure CS Ops team is providing training, tools and expertise to ensure process compliance, process rigor and infrastructure for measuring team performance. Specific tasks include
• Develop and maintain process requirement training for identified Critical skills
• Provide Software Licensing compliance services
• Identify areas of process improvements and automation
• Manage SPMs & Software SPAMs
• Manage standard metrics dashboard development team and their backlog
• Be the CAM for LOB SPM/SW SPAM, 3PC/EFOSS service and metrics dashboard work
• Infuse start green / stay green best practices and lessons learned in critical role training & mentoring
• Responsible for maintaining CS process related Confluence and SharePoint sites.
• Identify opportunities for standard operations for other CS critical roles such as CAMs, Managers and Technical Leads
• Identify opportunities for standard operations and streamlining of product development process & compliance related BOEs

You will be responsible for strategies associated with development of workforce in critical combat systems roles and implement CS leadership vision. Part of the responsibility is to ensure LOBe’s are getting the critical SW talent, processes and metrics support per program requirements. You will be managing the budget and BOEs associated with work under your supervision.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.


Basic Qualifications:
• Product Development experience in Systems, Software or Hardware.
• Depth in any Engineering domains of systems, software, hardware, cyber or test.
• Agile, CAM or EVM Experience
• Understanding of organizational metrics and data analytics
• Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited college/university
Desired Skills:
• Experience with managing people, setting goals and growing team members
• Program or Project Engineering experience
• Competency and Workforce development
• Experience with presentations to senior and executive-level audiences
• Experience leading or collaborating with working groups of subject matter experts across business units
• Experience performing analysis on large data sets including reporting of results at executive levels using dashboards and preferred software applications
• Exemplary written and oral communication skills
• Experienced in various operations tools including VEMO Planning and RM, SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools
• Master’s degree in business, engineering management or related field

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
