Job DescriptionThe Chief Engineer leads research, analysis, design, and development activities that will support evolution of the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN) to keep pace with the needs of live, virtual, and constructive training events. Specific duties include:
Engineering Project Management, including management of cost, schedule, and technical performanceDesign Agent Services, which encompasses research, analysis, design, prototyping, procurement, deployment, and transition into operationsStrategic Assessment ServicesRequired
5-8 years of related experience, including systems engineering, systems architecture, and systems developmentBachelors degree with a STEM-related majorProject management experienceNetwork operations experience, including network operations center, LAN/WANCybersecurity experience, including cyber operations, Risk Management Framework (RMF), inspections and assessments, and planning support8570/8140 – IATIII certification, to include one or more of the following: CASP CE, CCNP, CISA, and CISSP (or Associate)US citizenSecurity Clearance: Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
