**Description:**
You will be the Systems Engineer \(Level 3\) for the Advanced Development Program \(ADP\) team, which is responsible for creating advanced aircraft\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Systems Engineer \(Level 3\), you will be responsible for performing Model Based Systems Engineering work on the program, supporting a team of individuals deployed to an ADP program\.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Performing Model Based Systems Engineering work on the program
+ Supporting a team of individuals deployed to an ADP program
+ Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to develop and implement systems engineering solutions
+ Analyzing and resolving complex systems engineering problems
+ Developing and maintaining systems engineering documentation

**Who You Are**
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and experienced systems engineer with a strong background in Model Based Systems Engineering\. You will have excellent communication and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment\.
**Further Information About This Opportunity**
MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technical field or equivalent experience/combined education
o Experience working on Agile teams and/or projects
o Experience with Jira & Confluence
o Experience in development of detail System Design
o Experience authoring program documentation
o Experience in development of System Requirements and Allocation to subsystems
o Experience developing model\-based Systems Engineering \(MBSE\) models using Cameo that includes development of Use Cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams
o Hands on experience with the operations of RF systems
**Desired Skills:**
o Experience with Laboratory, Field, and Flight Test of Electronic Warfare \(EW\) Systems
o Experience in development and execution of System Test Procedures
o Experience with program and design review process \(SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, etc\.\)
o Ability to identify risks, opportunities and develop mitigation strategies
o Familiarity with DEVSECOPS
o Familiarity with software pipeline methodologies
o Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
o Strong work ethic and self\-motivation
o Strong understanding of product development
o Strong understanding of Systems Engineering Practices
o Strong planning skills to include logical task structure, estimating, etc\.
o Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills
o Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
