As a Systems Engineer IV, you will lead in the planning, design, development, implementation, and execution of innovative application and platform solutions related to security, service delivery, data center and service desk management, OSS, and BSS systems. Drives identification and adoption of best-in-class operational practices and procedures across a multidimensional, high complexity back office space for business as usual tasks, deployment, incident management, monitoring and detection, capacity planning, forecasting, resiliency, hardening, and DR/HA. Designs and establishes corporate operational playbooks, standard operating procedures, develops and implements platform enhancements and makes recommendations for improvements. Leads implementation of approved application and data center architecture and designs and security solutions. Leader in staff development efforts.

Experience: Advanced SAP BASIS S4/HANA Systems Engineering experience and skills - 7+ Years Skills: Advanced Systems Engineering skills with the following systems/interfaces: ARIBA, CONCUR, FIELD GLASS, PRISM, BANKING PARTNERS, TECHREQ, BOBJ REPORTING, CPI, and others Advanced Systems Engineering experience and skills managing multi-cloud setups, security upgrades, and mentoring junior staff including offshore resourcesA proven sense of urgency to trouble-shoot and mitigate downtimeA highly customer-focused collaborative team-oriented mindset
Abilities: The ability to work on a monthly rotating 24-7-365 (once per quarter) on-call schedule
