Job details The IT Systems Engineer III is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining the enterprise systems infrastructure across multiple sites. This role ensures the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of IT systems, proactively resolving issues to minimize business disruptions.

Responsibilities: ... Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems, networked
servers, and virtualization environments
Install and upgrade hardware and software, manage virtual servers, and automate
processes
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, document solutions, and
prioritize problem resolution
Provide technical documentation for IT infrastructure planning and upgrades
Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery, failover, and security
strategies
Monitor systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability
Participate in the design, architecture, implementation, and maintenance of
technology projects
Stay current with technology trends and recommend best practices for improvements
May work outside regular hours for service disruptions or scheduled maintenance

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, Linux, or network-related) are advantageous

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Proficiency in virtualization (VMWare or equivalent), AWS, and Microsoft Azure
Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office365, and Microsoft services
Skilled in scripting and automation (PowerShell or equivalent)
Excellent knowledge of domain controllers, DNS/DHCP, authentication, OU design, AD
replication, Group Policy, and security solutions
Proficient documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with hardware platforms
