About This Opportunity InComm Payments, our partners, banks, and internal applications rely heavily on file transfers for daily business operations. The System Engineer, Managed File Transfer (MFT) is responsible for day-to-day operations of the MFT applications and processes to ensure all processes, expectations, and service levels are met, issues are resolved, and new requests are tested, and implemented following the defined processes. These responsibilities also include the health and reliability of the file transfer applications, platforms, servers, security, etc. Responsibilities Closely monitor all file transfer schedules and jobs and corrects all errors in a timely manner. Monitor RITM queues for new requests, fix requests, questions, and other interactions within the defined service levels. Seamlessly interact with partners, banks, internal customers, management, and executives to translate those business requirements into actionable file transfer processes. Gain an excellent knowledge of the MFT Platform, application, network, resiliency, etc. Provide technical support for the MFT platforms and applications when necessary. Provide technical support for partners, banks, internal customers, and application support personnel. Maintain platform security by hardening the MFT platforms. Qualifications 2 years of experience with enterprise level Secure File Transfer process and platform support. 2 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration including enterprise networking. 2 years of experience with Globalscape EFT / Secure Enterprise SFTP Experience with Compliance and Audit is highly desired. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a diverse audience.
