CACI is seeking an experienced System Engineer to join our elite Enterprise Management team in supporting critical IT infrastructure. As a key member of our iGEM and Tool Support group, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing essential enterprise tools while ensuring robust security compliance.
The Opportunity:
Manage and optimize critical enterprise tools including Splunk, SCCM, Micro Focus, and 1ELead enterprise-wide patching initiatives to enhance system security and stabilityConduct performance analytics to drive continuous improvement of IT servicesWork Environment: • Day shift (Monday-Friday) with potential for after-hours on-call supportResponsibilities:
Monitor and maintain high availability of key enterprise toolsExecute and manage enterprise-wide patching activitiesPerform advanced performance analytics and reportingLead incident response and root cause analysis for complex issuesEnsure compliance with security standards and best practicesDevelop comprehensive documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholdersQualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph19+ years of relevant experience with HS/GED OR Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of experienceIAT Level 2 certification (CompTIA Security+ CE certification)Proven experience with Splunk, SCCM, Micro Focus, and 1EStrong knowledge of cloud security principlesExpertise in patch management and problem-solvingDesired:

The proposed salary range for this position is:
