We are hiring Systems Engineers to participate in Electronic Warfare Systems development programs in Nashua, NH. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team focused on modeling, designing, developing, integrating, debugging, testing, fielding, and supporting our innovative Electronic Systems. Please note that pursuant to a government contract, these positions require US citizenship status. Due to the classified nature of the work, these positions will be 100% on-site. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** **Typical Job Responsibilities** + Bachelor s Degree in related discipline and 2-10 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience. + Creation and/or review of systems, software, component, subsystem requirements and operational concepts + Deriving, decomposing, allocation and traceability of requirements to engineering discipline + Identification of System Technical Performance Measures + Participation in trade studies, analysis, peer reviews, and customer meetings + Support system modeling & simulation, design, and development activities + Creation of external and internal interface definition + Knowledge of model based systems engineering tools and approach + Presentation of findings at design reviews internally or with customers + Creation of test plans, test procedures and reports + Creation and/or review of algorithms + Analysis of data to inform decision making + Execution of integration, verification, and validation activities and tests **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** **Preferred Skills and Education** + Experience with Electronic Warfare systems + Experience with systems engineering activities across the product development lifecycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, architecture, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test, production, sustainment) + Active Secret Clearance + Experience leading small teams **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
