Systems Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Systems Engineer to support the integration and testing of advanced avionics systems on aircraft platforms.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance BS in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CAD tools Experience with systems engineering concepts and report writing for avionics architecture Familiarity with System Safety Processes and cyber-security requirements for airborne systems

Preferred Skills:

Experience in advanced systems requirement, design, integration, and testing from conception through fielding

Responsibilities:

Support Ace Aeronautics QMS and participate in system design under the Director of Engineering Document, design, integrate, and test avionics systems for aircraft and laboratory environments Develop design requirements, perform detailed designs, define cyber-security requirements, and testing needs Utilize tools for system design, build, and test work; draft technical reports on avionics architecture Troubleshoot avionics components in laboratory or hangar environments as needed Prepare briefings for program reviews; interface with U.S. and Foreign Government customers

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
