Systems Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Systems Engineer to perform customer requirements analysis, solution development, and advanced design and implementation of real-time software and hardware systems for training devices.

Requirements:

BS Degree and 5 years experience minimum or 10+ years experience in lieu of advanced education Training Devices/Simulation background or military aircraft/vehicles background In-depth understanding of simulation hardware and software Must be a US Citizen able to obtain security clearance

Preferred Skills:

Emphasis on mechanical designs in training device systems

Responsibilities:

Generate requirements traceability matrix from customer specifications Review requirements and develop architectural solutions Analyze, design, and implement real-time systems for training devices Attend project status reviews ensuring noted discrepancies are recorded as action items Collaborate with engineering team to meet budget, timeline, and scope Perform testing at customer sites and on pre-release products Develop technical proposals with the marketing team ensuring accuracy Create documentation to meet CDRL requirements Mentor lower-level Systems Engineers when needed

Pay Details: $79,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
