SYSTEM ENGINEER - TESTING

We are looking for a System Engineer for a construction project for an automated warehouse. This project work schedule will be Mon – Fri and we can cater for B2B contractors. The chosen individual will need to understand business requirements and help develop integration and end-to-end test cases related to controls software for PLCs, sensors and related networking systems.

Work Experience Develop and implement integration and end-to-end test cases based on business requirements Independently deploy, configure, and troubleshoot control software for PLC/PC controllers Configure and test control logic, SCADA functions, and HMI screens Validate control systems through integration and end-to-end tests, collaborating with the Integration Test Lead and Integration Test Manager Create and maintain system documentation for user training and workflow SOPs Monitor and analyse equipment metrics and performance with controls technicians
Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience with control systems, PLCs, and related software Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting controls software for various PLC/PC controllers Strong understanding of control logic configuration, SCADA functions, and HMI screen validation Technical higher education or equivalent experience in automation, electrical engineering, or related fields Warehouse automation Experience is an added advantage
