In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the Nation’s security and intelligence mission.

Our team of consists of highly skilled technical professionals supporting the design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of mission-critical systems and networks. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Windows-based and Linux-based environments, system hardening, automation, and troubleshooting. We value individuals who are both detail-oriented and quick-thinking — able to respond to complex and evolving challenges with agility. This role requires the ability to rapidly adapt to shifting operational requirements, implement necessary system or configuration changes, and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Linux systems across the enterprise.

Responsibilities\:

This position entails regular coordination/interaction with telco providers, vendors, and other contractors. It requires working knowledge of various technologies, from data circuit architectures such as SONET/DWDM, TDM, and Ethernet, to networking equipment such as Cisco routers/switches and commercial and government encryption hardware/software.

Responsibilities will include providing system specifications, evaluating and recommending new technologies, and resolving system-related technical issues using a strong technical skillset. The role involves collaborating with a team of highly skilled technical leads to recommend, implement, and monitor technology-based solutions from initial concept through deployment.

Provide network engineering, deployment, O&M, and procurement support to multiple government customers.   Participate in the helpdesk support for multiple nationwide customer networks with issues related to connectivity, client/server, VoIP, and VTC. Serve as alternate COMSEC custodian for multiple user and organizational accounts. *

Knowledge of system auditing and monitoring with tools such as Solarwinds, Splunk, or equivalent Demonstrated experience with Enterprise-level network devices Demonstrated experience briefing and collaborating with Customers on the results of troubleshooting efforts and standup of operational networks Demonstrated experience with supporting the accreditation and authorization process for the Sponsor networks Demonstrated experience procuring and delivering products to Sponsor
