**MANTECH** seeks a motivated and detail-oriented **Systems Engineer** to join our team in **Lexington Park, MD** . This position is **Hybrid** with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Manage and maintain technical and logistics-related databases + Analyze data and generate detailed metrics reports to support program performance tracking + Perform data entry and administrative support tasks with high attention to detail + Administer user privileges and access controls in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity policies + Support the generation and publication of technical data through ANARK publishing tools + Assist in the development of Technical Data Packages (TDPs), as needed + Utilize knowledge of Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) systems, policies, and processes to support ongoing contract deliverables **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or other STEM discipline + 1+ years of professional experience in systems engineering + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) + Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) and NAVAIR systems and policy **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with ANARK or similar technical publication tools + Knowledge of TDP creation and technical documentation processes **Clearance Requirements:** + An active Secret security clearance is required for this position. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% + Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. + Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
