We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Engineer with expertise in Citrix virtualization technologies and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable virtual desktop environments and Linux-based systems to support business operations.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Administer and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across Citrix and RHEL platforms.
• Implement and maintain automation scripts for system management and deployment.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and backups.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users
• Protect B Clearance is a mandatory requirement for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Citrix technologies (Citrix Studio, Director, StoreFront, NetScaler).
• 3+ years of experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration.
• Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and security principles.
• Experience with Ansible, Shell scripting, or other automation tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V) or higher.
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.
