Establish and maintain work standards, workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent execution and staff adherence.
Monitor departmental performance through KPIs, audits, and client feedback; proactively address areas for improvement.
Remain proactive in meeting or exceeding facility goals, patient satisfaction targets, and infection prevention standards.
Lead staff development initiatives; maintain updated job descriptions and encourage participation in education programs.
Champion innovation and creativity among staff to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Demonstrate quality leadership and embrace the principles of Total Quality Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of director-level experience overseeing EVS operations in a hospital or senior living setting (multi-site leadership preferred).
Experience in client-facing environments with contract-managed services and P&L accountability is highly desirable.
 Education:

 Skills:
Exceptional leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
Strong communication abilities — both verbal and written — with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
Proven ability to manage operational complexity, budgets, staffing, and compliance across multiple locations.
Adept in using Microsoft Office Suite and other industry-relevant software platforms.
