As a Systems Developer II, you are responsible for the design and development of enterprise grade web applications using the Microsoft .NET development framework against a SQL Server backend within a Microsoft Azure environment. Systems Development is responsible for the life cycle of application development including analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and support. This role requires an individual that can take guidance but has the confidence to be an independent thinker and takes ownership of the role.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and implement significant new functionality in web-based applicationsConvert limited specifications into logical flow for coding, prototyping, and application development using Microsoft Visual Studio (C#, MVC, Blazor, ASP.NET) and SQL Server.Work in concert with TraceGains senior implementation and development personnel in the collection, review and documentation of user's requirements.Use the latest Microsoft platforms for the development and implementation of server-based solutions across numerous customersProactively identify impact on other components and systems during system designWork with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies or equivalentDesign and implement test environments and test plans for quality assurance.Assist with QA Automation design and development.Provide support to customer success & implementation.Prototype solutions and interfaces for development teams.Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applicationsAnalyze and resolve technical and application problems identified during the software development lifecycle prior to release.Work across department boundaries to deliver on expectations and goals, due dates, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.Other duties as assigned.The essential requirements of the job include:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
