Job Description
The Advanced Technology of RAPID Division is seeking a Systems Design Engineer to develop the next generation reticle inspection products. The candidate will be part of the regional team responsible for cutting edge EUV source development, and improvement of performance, availability and reliability in the reticle inspection systems for semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities
Be the regional EUV source subject matter expert, response to complex system problems, and provide support to local service and customer engagement teams.Perform hands-on work for integration and operation of EUV source in the reticle inspect systems, including performing maintenance and serviceability validation.Write technical reports to communicate tool performance, analysis, and best-known methods.Drive internal and external stakeholders on improvement of availability, reliability, and cost.Drive improvement of hardware, software, operation, calibration, and diagnostics.Drive improvement of tooling, technical documentation, knowledge management, and training.Preferred Qualifications
PhD in Plasma Physics, Laser Physics, Physical Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or similar field, with a minimum of 3 years of EUV or relevant experience.Expertise in laser produced plasma, kW-class high-power laser and high-power optics.Hands on experience with EUV tools.Experienced in vacuum, mechanical, cryogenic, motion control, software systems and their interactions in complex industrial equipment.Experienced in automation, system integration of semiconductor processing equipment.Track record to work on sophisticated problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.Demonstrate results oriented and methodical problem-solving skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams and to take a leadership role when needed.Ability to manage ambiguity.Minimum Qualifications
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years;
