Job Title: Systems Completion Coordinator
Department: Operations Expansion Start-Up, Onshore & Operations Support

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for coordinating Systems Completion (SC) activities across multiple onshore and offshore projects under the OES department. Your key focus is to ensure timely and quality execution of SC deliverables as per the Operations Readiness Plan (ORP), ensuring full compliance with client procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure SC requirements are included early in project planning (FEED stage) and documented in the ORPs. Align project SC procedures with OES handover processes. Support in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing ORPs. Maintain and monitor the SC database/system and provide regular status updates. Coordinate OES team participation in inspections, walkthroughs, check sheet reviews, and punch list activities. Review punch list submissions for quality and timely resolution. Oversee approval of commissioning/start-up (RFSU) dossiers and certificates. Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting of SC status. Ensure proper development and implementation of commissioning work packs and turnover documents in line with company procedures.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. Strong background in SC management and multi-party coordination. Experience with SC software/databases and project interface handling. Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Skilled in MS Office and SC technical applications. Strong coordination, planning, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage data and present progress updates.
