Responsibilities\nReport accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions, and hazards in the area\nReport to your supervisor any defects or hazards in any plant, equipment, materials, personal protection equipment (PPE), systems of work or procedures, notifying them of any assistance they require in complying with their duties and health and safety obligations.\nComply with safe systems of work, instruction, information, training, safety procedures, manufacturers’ instructions, and statutory requirements.\nEnsure that the quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence daily\nAttends Performance Dialogue (PD) for alignment of the game plan for the shift.\nEnsure proper endorsement to the following shift covering the safety, quality and operational updates within the shift.\nAttends in all trainings, refresher and other safety, quality and operational alignment requiring their presence.\nAssist Supervisors on Report Documentation, filing and organizing of files\nMonitors related MHE and Facility reports and other admin works\nProvide timely KPI reports daily.\nCreate QAR report\nRequirements\nMale or Female\nWith at least 2yrs experience working in the warehouse with 24/7 operations.\nKnowledgeable in WMS\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills\nFlexible to any given task\nVery good in organizational and multi-tasking abilities\nVery good knowledge of MS office\n
