CACI is pursuing the prime contract for the development and integration of a large Personnel systems integration effort to modernization a portfolio of applications.  The program is a high visibility within CACI’s large portfolio of enterprise business systems and Human Capital management solution programs. 

The system provides end-to-end Human Resources (HR) functionality to all civilians across a large Federal Civilian enterprise made up of over 400,000 employees. The system provides a centralized resource for employees, managers, and HR Professionals to better manage civilian personnel information across the enterprise. This project involves systems transformation and integration from legacy systems to commercial software as a service (SaaS) cloud solution.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Serves as the overall Technical Integration Lead for the modernization program. The Technical Integration Lead is responsible for planning, managing, designing, and coordinating the technical integration of all solution products including legacy system and COTS to COTS integrations within the customers enterprise cloud and architectures. Integration approaches include low code/no code and SaaS solutions as well as legacy on premise solutions. Integrations include program to program integrations as well as data integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads the solution development for the program that address software and data integrations across all system components including legacy systems, low code/no code solutions, and SaaS products.

Develops, communicates, maintains, and supports the overall integration architecture to ensure integration of all application and data components as well as meeting compliance with the customer’s enterprise architectures and integration platforms.

Understands all solution components and how they inter-operate to support business processes and management information needs

Responsible for interface and integration strategies with external systems and processes, including determining, understanding, and maintaining business requirements for those interactions

Leads the delivery of quality applications in expanding the SaaS HCM environments

Leads technical solutions and collaborates closely with the senior program technical team members to enhance the solutions

Ensures compliance with external requirements

Ensure compliance with industry standards to promote loosely coupled interface and integration strategies 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant technical field; or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant technical field

At least 12 years technical experience working with Oracle and other ERP applications

NACI / PT clearance level eligibility / obtainable; US Citizenship required

Experience working in a government environment

Experience implementing an ERP system using Agile development principles

Demonstrated senior ERP engineer/architect skills, application knowledge, and business experience

Demonstrated ERP functional/technical implementation expertise in a large, complex environment

Demonstrated expertise of Oracle development tools, integration methods and related technologies

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.

Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem solving skills

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)

Ability to successfully pass a background investigation to gain access to government systems and facilities

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

ERP implementation experience in large scale projects

Experience in Mulesoft integration solutions

Experience in delivering systems for Public Sector, Federal Civilian Government, and Department of Defense (DoD) customers

Experience designing and developing integrations with Oracle HCM SaaS solutions using the HCM APIs

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$105,100-$231,100
