Job Duties:

Plan, Design and Install SAN/storage and backup solutions, with UCS, EMC, Networker, VEEAM, Puppet technologies. Perform necessary backup and HCI infrastructure design and maintenance in accordance with Dell and EMC and customer’s change management policies. Provide analysis of VMware, Azure, Networker environment and recommendation of best practices for computer, storage, backup, recovery and archiving. Responsible for capacity planning and disaster recovery planning and design as applicable. Install and configure converged and HCI compute environments and technologies. Perform job automation via scripting languages for storage arrays, and /or virtual environments, load balancing and performance tuning.Support and troubleshoot the expert level architecture design of the vxRails and vSAN environments. Participate in root cause analysis reviews when applicable and produce documentation for procedures of the compute environment. Monitor and analyze network performance of vxRails, VCF, SDDC and NSX tuning and provide reporting. 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
