The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Systems and Data Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to join the team in El Segundo, CA.

Join the Boeing Information Technology (IT) Engineering and Product Support Group, where we deliver comprehensive software solutions that empower engineering and manufacturing product data for Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), and Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) organizations!

In this exciting role, you will work supporting cutting-edge products in support of our BDS programs, Satellite factory and BCA programs, utilizing key applications such as DevOps, and databases, and Boeing built software to drive innovation and efficiency.

Position Responsibilities:

Tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications

Gathers and evaluates end user requirements

Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality

Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements

Performs system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture

Provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems

Administers users’ system access and works to protect information to meet security and IT compliance requirements

Supports backup and disaster recovery planning

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering current Windows Server 2016 -2019 and Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 10

1+ years of experience troubleshooting network and hardware issues

Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and/or support IT project plans and schedules

Experience maintaining/configuring Active Directory to include applying domain group policies

Experience with Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, and Oracle Enterprise Linux

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor's degree or higher

Experience with automated processes for software updates, security patching and routine maintenance

Experience with storage and backup technologies and best practices

Experience with migrating from legacy platforms to new infrastructure

Experience with end user support

Experience with database technologies

Experience with automation and scripting

Experience with VMware hypervisors and vCenter virtual environments

Experience with networking switching routing and Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs)

Experience with agile methodology

Experience in a product owner role

Summary pay range: for Associate (Level 2) - $75,650 – $102,350

Summary pay range: for Mid-Level (Level 3) - $93,500 – $126,500
